How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Reo Jewels items come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
