At Reo Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
